Bloomfield’s Mayor, Syd Schulman, and Town Council have set economic development as an important consideration in selection of the new Town Manager. As such, they are anxious to include Bloomfield’s business community’s input into their selection process.

All Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce members are invited to participate in a meeting with the consultant engaged to conduct the Town Manager search. The purpose of the meeting will be to provide business perspectives to the consultants regarding the skills and experiences of Town Manager candidates that would be valuable to ensuring that the Town remains a great place for businesses to grow.

This will be an excellent opportunity for the business community to demonstrate the importance of a welcoming business climate in Bloomfield. I hope that you will make every effort to attend this meeting.
