FREE 12-week series specifically for families and caregivers of persons with mental illness.

Led by trained professional counselors, the discussion topics will include: schizophrenia, the mood disorders (major depression and bipolar disorder), and obsessive compulsive disorder; recovery and rehabilitation; and self-care around worry and stress.

Registration is required.
