Enjoy an Evening of Gospel music with Kenneth A. James. A voice teacher at the Artists Collective in Hartford, Kenneth James is a leading activist in his school, community and his church for the youth in our communities. Kenneth teaches the After School Program Choral Vocal class and gives private voice lessons. He has written over 300 songs. Thirty of them have been published and are being sung locally. Kenneth is working on his first album to be produced in 2010.
The Artists Collective was founded in 1971 by Jackie and Dollie McLean. Through its presentation of talented artists of the Africa
Diaspora, the Collective provides positive opportunities for development of new generations of wonderful artists.
