For the Front Desk Position, the qualified candidates we seek will serve as the main point of contact
and will act in a proactive manner regarding all guestsʼ requests and needs, and must be able to
properly follow up on any requests. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel.
Excellent communication, phone and hospitality skills are a must. The ability to multitask effectively
and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel experience required.

Maintenance Technician
(part-time)
The Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford/Windsor is currently seeking a Part Time seasoned
maintenance professional to be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance
of the hotel.
Duties to include:
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems such as HVAC and
plumbing and other equipment
• Conducts ongoing maintenance programs
• Reviews problems, complaints and work orders to prioritize scheduling work
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions in mechanical systems and equipment
• Inspects property to identify potential and current needs
• Makes certain that hotel is in compliance with local health, safety, fire and building
regulations
• Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled
• Services the hotelʼs pool including adjusting the chemicals and cleaning the filters
• Completes maintenance logs
