I am proud of the team of quality professionals that we have assembled to lead the Credit Union forward. They all embody the Credit Union's values of caring, trust, and dependability in their day-to-day actions. I know that our members will benefit in many ways, added Dokas.

The employee promotions within the Credit Union include:
Dean Marchessault, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
John Conant, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Teresa Knox, Senior Vice President, Retail
Jim Evans, Senior Vice President, Information Technology

Brian Kennedy, Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations
Christine Willey, Vice President, Risk Management & Security Officer
Kevin Murray, Vice President, Branch Operations & Administration
Pete Melly, Vice President, Business Services

The senior management team is confident that employees throughout the Credit Union will support and embrace these changes as the foundation for continued long-term success, said Dokas. The Credit Union s Board of Directors approved the new organizational structure at their December 2008 meeting. A restructuring of the Credit Union s lending functions is in development for implementation during 2009.
