Capitol Region Credit Union Offers "Green Machine" Auto Loans From Only 3.99% APRCapitol Region, a full-service credit union, now offers reduced loan rates for members to purchase or re-finance fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly automobiles.
Bloomfield Chamber members and their employees may join Capitol Region by opening $5.00 or larger accounts. There are no membership dues. The Bloomfield office is at 1 Wintonbury Mall.
Green Machine loans are for hybrid and fuel-efficient cars with combined EPA ratings of 30 Miles per Gallon or higher, and for Ethanol E85 flex-fuel passenger vehicles.
Capitol Region members can save at the pump and with Green Machine loan rates from 3.99 % APR to 5.60 % APR. Currently, 20 Hybrids, Small Cars, Diesels and Ethanol E85 flex-fuel vehicles are eligible for Green Machine rates.
